Each time you, the customer, use this site and or purchase contact lenses from us, www.contactsavers.com.au, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


Valid Prescription Required

By placing your order online with www.contactsavers.com.au you certify that you have a valid prescription for the contact lenses you are ordering. Your contact lens prescription should have been issued by a qualified registered eye care practitioner (such as an optometrist, or ophthalmologist), and you should have your eyes examined regularly to keep your prescription valid. You must have had instruction from your eye care practitioner with respect to the proper care and use of your lenses. This condition also applies to the purchase of Coloured Plano (i.e. no optical power) contact lenses.

When you order your contact lenses from www.contactsavers.com.au, you are responsible for entering the correct contact lens information according to your contact lens prescription, for the contact lenses that you are ordering from us.

www.contactsavers.com.au reserve the right to contact your optometrist or eye care provider to confirm your contact lense details and to verify that you have a current contact lens prescription for the contact lenses that you are ordering. By placing your contact lense order with us, www.contactsavers.com.au - you consent to us, contacting your eye care provider if deemed necessary.

  • I understand that if I notice any excessive watering of my eyes, any redness, any blurring, or any increased sensitivity to glare, I am to immediately remove my contact lenses and contact my usual eyecare practitioner or immediately seek medical advice.
