Each time you, the customer, use this site and or purchase contact lenses from us, www.contactsavers.com.au, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
By placing your order online with www.contactsavers.com.au you certify that you have a valid prescription for the contact lenses you are ordering. Your contact lens prescription should have been issued by a qualified registered eye care practitioner (such as an optometrist, or ophthalmologist), and you should have your eyes examined regularly to keep your prescription valid. You must have had instruction from your eye care practitioner with respect to the proper care and use of your lenses. This condition also applies to the purchase of Coloured Plano (i.e. no optical power) contact lenses.
When you order your contact lenses from www.contactsavers.com.au, you are responsible for entering the correct contact lens information according to your contact lens prescription, for the contact lenses that you are ordering from us.
www.contactsavers.com.au reserve the right to contact your optometrist or eye care provider to confirm your contact lense details and to verify that you have a current contact lens prescription for the contact lenses that you are ordering. By placing your contact lense order with us, www.contactsavers.com.au - you consent to us, contacting your eye care provider if deemed necessary.
Medical Advice Disclaimer -We are pleased to provide you with general information about contact lenses and supply you contact lenses as per your Optometrist's Contact Lense prescription. We are not able to answer questions about your personal eye health, which Contact Lenses may or may not be suitable for your eyes, or treatment regimes. Please consult your eyecare professional.

- I understand the wearing schedule and replacement schedule for my lenses, and that varying these schedules can increase the risk of complications.
- I understand the importance of continuing care and regular check-ups.
- I understand that I need to contact my optometrist if I have any problems with my lenses.
- I understand that if I notice any excessive watering of my eyes, any redness, any blurring, or any increased sensitivity to glare, I am to immediately remove my contact lenses and contact my usual eyecare practitioner or immediately seek medical advice.
